How it Works
Booking Process:
- Reserve the Car on Turo: You can easily check availability and book my car through the Turo app or website. Link here: Ford Focus 2014 rental in Oxnard, CA by Geovanni C. | Turo
- Confirm Details: Once your reservation is confirmed, I will contact you to finalize the details of your trip, including pickup and drop-off times.
Pickup Options:
Depending on the vehicle pickup location, we usually provide two convenient options to access the vehicle:
- In-Person Handoff: I’ll meet you at the agreed pickup location and time to give you the keys. Please bring your driver’s license for verification.
- Contactless Check-In: If you prefer, you can access the keys via a lockbox at the pickup location. For verification, I’ll need a photo of you holding your driver’s license on the day of pickup.
Returning the Vehicle:
- Fuel: I’ll ensure to fill up the tank. Please return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. If you purchased the prepaid fuel option at the time of booking, you can return the vehicle with any fuel level, stress-free.
- Mileage: Ensure you stay within the mileage limits of your rental. Any additional miles may incur charges. Currently, Turo applies a small fee of $0.13 per extra mile.

A: You can easily modify or cancel your reservation through the Turo app. Please note Turo’s cancellation policy for any fees or refunds.

A: Please contact me as soon as possible via phone or the Turo app. We can arrange a new time if needed, subject to availability.
Q: Can I extend my trip?
A: If you’d like to extend your rental, please submit an extension request through Turo. I will do my best to accommodate based on availability.
